little dreambug policies AND procedures

 
  cute contest 2010  
  the little dreambug has intended this contest to be a fun way of displaying our vast array of customized products. We will not use your photo for publication or distribution without your express written consent.  
  you have the option of submitting your contest entry via our public uploader (in which you automatically allow the little dreambug to display your photo in our contest album) or you can email us directly and specify if you do not wish your photo to appear on our website.  
  if your entry does win our contest we reserve the right to use the image on our website as part of our winning entries section.  
  the prize consists of one $75.00 gift certificate to the spa or wellness centre of your choice to be applied toward services offered by the institution. As well, the winner will receive approximately $50.00 (or greater but not exceed $75.00) of little dreambug products for their little cutie!  
     
     
 
CUDDLERS
  
the little dreambug will make every attempt to customize and ship your cuddler according to your needs however there are a few key policies to keep in mind:
 
 
-we are not responsible for misspellings and any refund of a misspelled name cuddler will be issued on a per case basis
 
 
-we embroider all names using lowercase letters only
  
 
-we request that all names and nicknames be within the respectablility and the scope of our product line. no lewd names or suggestive words will be processed. this will be at the discretion of the little dreambug and we retain the right to refuse embroidery of those names that are not deemed appropriate
 
 
-cuddlers are generally processed the next business day and take 3-5 business days to ship from the time of order. Arrival of your cuddler will depend on Canada Post and seasonal shipping times. the little dreambug is not responsible for late items due to insufficient lead times for orders. please allow 3 weeks from the time of order to arrival in the event that you are ordering a gift. (typically cuddlers arrive within 10 business days)
